If you stop smoking before your middle age like before 35, then you can live longer. According to the  research of American journal of public health 90 percent of death rate can be decreased by stopping smoking cigarette before age 35. 

2. Work out daily:



Not working out daily is equal to smoking cigarettes. You have to do work out daily. If you have no time to work out, you can do it atleast for 10-15 minutes in a day. But you have to it. Doing exercises daily you can increase your life span.

3. Laugh loudly:



You havev to spend with them with whom you feel so happy and you can refresh your  mind freom your busy scheduled stressful life. Laughing and staying happy is good for your heart.

4. Obesity can kill you:

 
Obesity is also equal to smoking cigarettes. As if you are getting fat then you have to control it doing exercises daily and having a perfect diet according to your weight, height and age. Over obesity can kill you too. So maintain your figure.

5. Sugar is a poison:

 
Sugar is such a poison. It can make you fat, can kill your sleeping, can destroy your heart. Yes I know many of us like sweet foods. But it is killing you slowly. So control it. As much as possible control it. 

6. Are you taking over 600 caloric food everyday!!     

 
Yes, you are eating junk foods. Stop eating junk food. Maintain your perfect diet. you are doing exercises but also you are eating foods like these. Your exercise will not help you in weight loss.

7. Become optimistic:

 
Optimism can help you live long. Believe in yourself. Never break down for anything. Stay happy and think positive always. Negativeness can break you from inside and will take you towards death.

8. Don't sit straight all the time:

 
Yes all time sitting straight is not good for health. During doing work by sitting at on place all the day is not good. Get up and walk several times and the speed should be fast. Otherwise your body will become stiff and you will be suffering from bone disease.

9. Walking is equal to running: 

 
If you walk daily minimum for half to one hour can be enough for a day. 

10. Don't run everyday:

 
Running everyday can damage your bones and muscles.
