Have you ever heard of endorphin, the hormone of happiness? This is exactly what our body washes out during physical activity. In connection with the fragrant nature, which we will be able to enjoy to the full thanks to running, we will, therefore, get in a better mood, drive away stress, gloomy thoughts, and even have much more energy for other activities. Who has already failed, is clear in this regard - it is simply the best natural antidepressant.

For women, one of the main reasons why they run is without a doubt the sight of perfectly slender figures. And the probability that this will happen to them is really high.

This is a physical activity performed in medium intensity, in a longer time horizon, and at an increased heart rate. It is, therefore, one of the aerobic exercises, which are a great helper in burning fat.

Running is quite a cheap activity. If we do not count the initial investment in the form of quality footwear and sportswear, it costs us almost nothing. Not only do we not have to pay for any memberships, entrance fees and lessons, we also save on transportation, for example. Our activity begins the moment we slam the front door behind us.




5. It doesn't matter when or where


Another great advantage is the fact that running is one of the activities that we can do almost anywhere and anytime. Are you a morning bird? So put on your shoes and walk the streets around your home. At the weekend, head to the nearby forests. Are you going on vacation? You don't have to worry about missing movement. After all, sportswear in luggage takes up almost no space, and such a run on the beach has a really great charm.




6. Time just for myself



We all know the everyday carousel. Getting children, handling work, shopping, cooking and being under fire for all other tasks is sometimes really a chore. We should therefore learn to grab at least an hour a day just for ourselves. Turn off and don't think about anything.



And just running is perfect for that. Not only will we have a great feeling after him that we have done something for ourselves, we will also be grateful to him for greater patience towards loved ones.

Test booths, paper price tags, the smell of new clothes. For many of us, shopping is a passion. But sometimes we simply don't have a good reason to buy, thanks to which we would avoid subsequent remorse such as "we would pay the children for the rings for half a year".

But if we start running, we just need beautiful leggings, a functional T-shirt and light, comfortable sneakers, and we definitely deserve a reward in this form. And besides, we're going to look good. And even in the woods.
